I’m so glad you found your way here. No matter what circumstances brought you to this site, you have already taken the first steps towards change and healing by looking for resources to help.

Perhaps you feel overwhelmed and off-balance as you work from home while trying to figure out parenting and relationships.

Maybe your anxiety or depression has increased due to unresolved childhood issues or past traumas that have been too painful to deal with. Or maybe you don’t know how to grieve the losses that you have experienced in the past several years.

Perhaps the stresses of life have increased the conflicts in your relationships or highlighted how disconnected and alone you feel in your marriage.

You don't need to do this alone.

I am offering a secure process for telehealth sessions so that you and I can meet from the comfort of your own home.  

 I am committed to providing a safe place for you to work through the areas in your life where you feel stuck. If you are feeling depressed and anxious, I will walk with you through those painful, scary places to a place of hope and healing.  I will come alongside you to help facilitate growth and change. If you are feeling distressed and disconnected from the ones you love, I will help you navigate the way back to each other so that you can feel safe enough to reach for each other again and reconnect.  I hold this hope for you.

Hello, I’m Nia.

I have been in the field of relationships and healing for over 25 years.  I love being able to help my clients move from places of distress and pain in their lives to discovering that they can heal and thrive! 

Together we can work on:

  • Improving conflicted or distressed relationships using Emotionally Focused Therapy

  • Recovering from marital infidelity

  • Exploring family of origin issues (the impact of childhood experiences and family relationships on present-day coping and relating)

  • Managing anxiety and depression

  • Navigating life transitions

  • Healing relationship rifts between immigrant parents and their children who were born and raised here 

  • Exploring Asian-American identity and cross-cultural issues
